Pregnancy - Birth - Postpartum

A 12 session Craniosacral Therapy series designed to support you through the physical, emotional, and nervous system changes of pregnancy, preparation of birth, and the transition into postpartum.

Trimester 1 (3 sessions) - Create space to rest, regulate, and adjust to the early stages of pregnancy while you begin building trust in your body’s ability to nourish and support your healthy growing baby. This phase is for grounding, reassurance, and connecting to the process unfolding within you.

Trimester 2 (3 sessions) - As your body changes and your baby grows, sessions focus on releasing tension, supporting comfort, and staying connected to your body + baby. This phase reinforces self trust, confidence, and belief that your body is adapting with purpose.

Trimester 3 (3 sessions) - Prepare for birth with a focus on comfort, breath, visualization, mindset, and releasing fears or uncertainties. This phase has the intention of helping you feel grounded, informed, and confident in your body’s strength, wisdom and capacity to birth your baby.

Postpartum (3 sessions) - The final three sessions create space to reflect on and process your birth experience, support your body after delivery, and reconnect with yourself as you move into the postpartum season.
